Terms for using TastyBee

01 Service and operator
TastyBee lets restaurant owners publish restaurant pages, menus, contact details, opening hours, reservation options, and related content. The service is operated by Alpenglocke e.U., [full postal address]. Contact: [support email].
These Terms apply when you create an account, manage a restaurant page, submit a reservation or report, or otherwise use TastyBee. See the Restaurant Owner Privacy Policy for account processing and the Storefront Privacy Policy for visitor processing.
02 Accounts and acceptable use
An owner agreement is formed when you select the checkbox accepting these Terms and complete email verification. TastyBee records the applicable Terms version and acceptance time.
You must provide a working email address, protect access to it, and use TastyBee only for lawful purposes. Restaurant owners must be authorized to represent the restaurant pages they create and must keep published information accurate.
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security, impersonate another person or business, upload unlawful or infringing material, send abusive requests, scrape the service, or use automated access unless TastyBee has expressly authorized it.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
03 Restaurant content and reservations
Restaurant owners retain their rights in content they submit. They grant Alpenglocke e.U. the rights needed to host, process, adapt for display, translate when requested, and publish that content through TastyBee. Owners confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted text, images, menus, branding, and links.
Restaurant owners are responsible for menu accuracy, allergens, prices, opening hours, availability, reservation settings, and fulfilling accepted reservations. TastyBee provides technical tools and is not the restaurant, caterer, seller of meals, or party responsible for the dining service.
Guests must provide accurate reservation information and contact the restaurant directly when plans change. A reservation is confirmed only when the interface states that it is confirmed; otherwise it is a request awaiting the restaurant's decision.
04 Google Maps features and content
TastyBee includes Google Maps features and content, including restaurant search powered by Google Maps Platform. Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Google Maps search results remain Google Maps content. You must not scrape, bulk-download, misrepresent, remove attribution from, or use that content outside the functionality provided by TastyBee. Restaurant owners should review any suggested profile information before saving it and remain responsible for the accuracy of their published page.
05 Third-party services
Optional TastyBee features can use third-party providers for billing, analytics, email, AI-assisted translation or menu support, document extraction, hosting, and storage. Those providers may have additional terms. AI-generated material can be inaccurate; restaurant owners must review generated content before relying on or publishing it.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. TastyBee does not control their availability, content, or privacy practices.
06 Plans, billing, and changes
Paid plans, prices, billing intervals, included features, taxes, cancellation rights, and renewal information are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by the identified payment provider. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces a paid service, we will provide notice where reasonably possible and honor any remedies required by applicable law.
07 Availability and liability
We aim to operate TastyBee reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, Alpenglocke e.U. is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, and liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any additional limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to mandatory law.
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, while mandatory consumer protections and statutory venues remain unaffected.
